The location of the hotel was very convenient as it is very close to the train station Praterstern.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. My room was kept spotlessly clean and bed linen and towels changed each day. There was a very friendly atmosphere in the bar. The bar-food was and lovely treat after a day out in the city.. Overall I was happy to be there and would have no hesitation of staying in the hotel on future visits to Vienna. The cost of staying there was very reasonable. Can I say a big thank you to all of you for making my stay such a pleasurable experience.

The hotel was in a fairly convenient location. It's close to the Metro underground and not far from one of the main station (Praterstern)
The hotel has a no smoking sign in the foyer but there's always people smoking (including the reception staff) The beds were very uncomfortable (we all had bad backs) and other guests smoking meant every time we opened our windows the room stank.

Good location. OK-ish rooms. Good value for the money.
Everything else but the bed adds extra-cost. A guy from the reception a bit too nosy.

Hotel staff were good.
The hotel is cheap, ie. they have done everything to lower the price. But this means that you have to pay extra for everything . eg.Room €50 + breakfast €6 + internet €3 + payment in cash (they don't accept credit cards so I had to get a cahs advance which cost €10). This makes it not so cheap after all.

We liked the high-tech flat tv, the fact that there was an elevator and the location (close to metro station-not far from city center).
Absolutely tiny room with moisture on the ceiling and bad smell in the bathroom. Very badly soundproofing room and complete lack of ventilation. Despite the fact that this is only a 2-star hotel, they should offer shampoo in the bathroom. I honestly believe it is very expensive for what it offers.

Cozy and clean hotel with friendly staff, close to the subway, so easy to get everywhere. Reception, as well as a small bar are open 24 hours a day. / Útulný, čistý hotel s příjemným personálem, kousek od zastávky metra, takže se lehce všude dostanete. Recepce, stejně jako malý bar u ní, otevřeny 24 hodin denně.

The location was convenient and the room was available for a reasonable price.
I didn't realize until we got there that it had two single beds instead of one double. I assumed that a double room meant a double bed.
